These Terms and Conditions describe the requirements for enrolling and participating in coaching programs with Pacefirm Consulting, LLC.
Terms such as "firm," “coach," “consultant,” "we," and "us" refer to Pacefirm Consulting, LLC, and its members.
The terms "client" and "you" refer to individuals who purchase our services and participate in our programs.
Commencement of Services. Enrolling in one of our coaching programs requires choosing between full pay or installments and following the instructions provided for download upon completing the purchase. The instructions will guide you to complete an enrollment form so that we can draft an agreement. Payment and a signed enrollment agreement are required for commencement of services. The instructions will also provide helpful links for participating in services that are part of the program you purchased, e.g., booking your jump start call, joining our group mentoring sessions, and scheduling your private calls.
Limitations and Substitutions. Dates and other details of our programs are subject to change, in which case we may substitute other events, workshops, seminars, or services. Such substitution may result in an increase in value but will not result in a reduction in value of the services we provide.
Cooperation of Client. Success in a coaching relationship requires the client's cooperation and active participation, which means communicating openly and honestly; maintaining current contact information; scheduling and following through on the services that are part of your program; following our advice and other recommendations that we make; responding promptly to communications from us; and letting us know when you need something or have a problem.
No Guarantees. No member of the firm is empowered to make promises or guarantees relating to any aspect of your goals. However, we are committed to helping you succeed in creating whatever results you are committed to creating in your life.
FEES AND EXPENSES
Autopay and Chargebacks. To simplify the billing process, we will automatically charge installments when due to the payment method(s) previously presented or on file with the firm. You agree to keep valid, updated payment information on file for that purpose. By enrolling in our programs, you are agreeing that if a payment issue arises, you will work with us to resolve it. You agree to not make chargebacks to the firm’s credit card processing accounts.
Coaching Fees Are Non-Refundable. As a general rule, coaching fees and partial deposits made toward the purchase of coaching packages are not refundable. A refund or reduction may be granted under special circumstances at the discretion of the firm, but is not called for if you decide to quit or you are disappointed with your results.
